Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 302, 337 and 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR would reveal that the assailants of the deceased are Gorakhnath Das @ Bhuiya and Ramjivan Das @ Badur. Allegation against the petitioners is also of commission of assault to some other persons. Petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties
