The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajauli P.S. Case No.306 of 2021 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), (d) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the Jamundaha Forest. He also submitted that the petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicles nor he has any concern with the same. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
