2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 670 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18056 of 2024.

3. From the report regarding the stage of trial of the petitioner, it appears that the trial has not yet began.

4. In view of the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Rural, Patna, to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is not delayed.
