2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his regular bail application was rejected vide order dated 20-04-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41339 of 2022 with an observation that if, the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself. He has further submitted that his prayer for bail has been rejected by the court below by impugned order.

4. Considering the earlier order dated 20-04-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41339 of 2022, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 504 of 2021.
