ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 353, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the previous antecedents of similar nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
