This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.12.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34538 of 2020.

Inadvertently, in the petition, the name of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka was mentioned in the satisfaction portion and as a result of that, the order was directed to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka. In fact, the order is required to be directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12237 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

The order dated 22.12.2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioner would be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P. S. Case No. 1094 of 2019.

Let this modified order be communicated to the concerned Court.
