Some parts of motorcycle, country made liquor and other articles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27.05.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No. 122 of 2015.
