=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in which it has been stated that due to intervention of well wishers, the parties have amicably settled the dispute between them and after that the accused persons including the petitioner have been acquitted by judgment and order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 185 of 2015.
The Court, thus, was of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be proceeded for suppressing this vital fact from the Court on 16.12.2015, when the case was last heard. However, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, who has also tendered apology on behalf of the petitioner, the Court refrains from doing so.
