Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheyampur Bhatahan P.S. Case No.120 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that about 6 liters Indian made foreign liquor and country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the open verandah of the petitioner but petitioner was not present. Not a single member of the house of the petitioner was present nor signature on the seizure list was obtained from any family member of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner had no knowledge about the fact that who had kept the liquor in the open verandah of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above
