The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/323/325/ 324 / 307/354/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018. Allegation is that he assaulted with spade causing injury at the head of Anil Mandal. The doctor has found lacerated wound on the head grievous in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.7777 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jogbani P.S.
