2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"i) For a direction to the concerned respondents to produce answer-sheets of the petitioners of paper-III
Patna High Court CWJC No.3187 of 2020(4) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 who appeared in the All India Test Test held in the month of July, 2019 for review and re-evaluation in supervision of this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Alternatively, for a direction to the concerned respondents to appoint an independent examiner for re-evaluation answer-sheets of Paper-III of the petitioners and issue a fresh marks card on the basis of such re-evaluation.
iii) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand."
3. In compliance of order dated 27.02.2020, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 produced the paper (answer-sheets) of the petitioners under sealed cover for inspection of this Court and the sealed cover is opened in the Court.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that the petitioner no. 1, Prakash Dubey, passed Semester 2 examination in year 2019 itself and the petitioner no. 2, Raviranjan Dubey, passed Semester 2 examination in July, 2020.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts, this writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U
