Petitioners, being ladies are languishing in jail custody since 23-03-2015 & 05-04-2015 respectively in a case registered under Sections-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation, some incriminating articles were recovered from the house of one, Rajendra Paswan who happens to be husband of petitioner No. 1 and it is alleged that the victim had love affairs with daughter of petitioner No. 1 and except the aforesaid materials as well as confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
