2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1110 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested with a country-made pistol and two live cartridges.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under custody since 19.10.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.

7. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months under custody. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
