JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One co-accused has confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner who carries criminal antecedent of four cases of similar nature. Admittedly, petitioner is in jail custody since 13.01.2015 but up till now the police could not arrange the T.I.P of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Noor Alam has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 04 of 2014.
