19.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013 (G.R. No. 1040 of 2013) registered under Sections 341, 323, 386, 394, 504, 354, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner as also the fact that while on bail he committed this offence and, thus, has misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
