The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(iii) of the SC/ST Act and 4,5,6,8,10 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

The victim made allegation that while he was going through the shop of a tailor along with her younger sister one person caught her and tried to kidnap at the point of dagger. The accused wanted to either rape or kill her, but on alarm the petitioner was apprehended.

Submission is that the victim did not get any injury. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2014 and has already remained in jail for about one year.

No.30946 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2014.
