Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 13.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33125 of 2017 .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case evidence has been closed on 21.9.2017 and the statement of the accused persons has also been recorded and the case is fixed for the evidence of the defence witnesses, however, in the meantime, the record was transferred to another court and due to that the case is still pending. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5318 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order.

At the same time, the accused persons is also directed to co-operate in disposal of the case and adduce the evidence of the witnesses as early as possible. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
