JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S.Case No.29 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter, namely, Puja Kumari by the accused persons due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against the petitioner. Petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21964 of 2016 (4) dt.11-08-2016 separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S.Case No.29 of 2016.
