The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 324 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 26.05.2015. The petitioner misused the privilege of bail for about eight years in a petty case and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in Rauta P.S. Case No. 81/1999.
