This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Basanahi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020, S.T. No. 22 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302, of the IPC and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35, 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have caught hold of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2020. The charge has been framed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saharsa in connection with Basanahi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
