The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of cruelty against the informant (Opposite Party No.2) due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the spouses are already living together

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioner shall remain present along with his wife at the time of filing of bail bonds before the trial court.
