Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within one year of her marriage in other than normal circumstance. There is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner.

Therefore, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nautan P.S.
