The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2019. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
