JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-02-2019 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose of the bail petition dated 24.09.2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.380 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the bail application having been filed on 24.09.2018, the court below has not passed any order over it.

3. A copy of the order-sheet of Sessions Trial No.380 of 2017 has been brought on record and marked as Annexure-3 to the present application. From perusal of the same, it would appear that an application for bail was filed on 24.09.2018 on behalf of the petitioner, but the same was never pressed. If the petitioner himself has not pressed the application,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.242 of 2019 dt.01-02-2019 2/2 he cannot have any grievance that his application is not being disposed of.

4. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. The writ petition is dismissed.
