The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheokhopur Sarai PS Case No. 183 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that on secret information a raid was conducted in the house of petitioner and huge number of mobiles embeded with SIMs, Bank Pass-Books, ATM Cards, laptop, list of telephone numbers etc. have been recovered from the house of petitioner.

It is submitted that no one has made any complain that petitioner has cheated him. No incriminating article has been

He has been falsely implicated by the police on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedents. Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the fact huge number of incriminating articles have been recovered from possession of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.
