The petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the informant. He is in custody since 3.11.2018.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is always ready to keep his wife (informant). He has filed case No. 13 of 2018 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheohar. The informant does not want to live with this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
