The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is nonpayment of arrears of salary. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Ratan Kumar Kumar, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Registrar, L.N.Mithila University. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.

In case the petitioner files representation within a period of one month from today, the Registrar of the University will
