This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Muffasil PS Case No. 357 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

In the instant case, allegation is that total 160 liters of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the trade of liquor and he is in custody since 08.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil PS Case No. 357 of 2018.
