2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner in association of other co-accused is said to have cheated the complainant and other people of his village on the pretext of giving them loan. They also took Rs.20 lakh along with copy of Aadhar card and PAN card, land papers and signature on plain paper. They also threatened the complainant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that not a single chit of paper has been brought on record by the complainant to support her allegation. It is further submitted that from perusal of complaint and SA of the complainant, it transpires that petitioner has not done any type of transaction of money with the complainant and other persons. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Aryan Raj has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 01.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11334 of 2023. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of
