The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.577 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Allegation against the petitioner is of torturing his wife. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
