Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.5.2015 on the accusation that some keys were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 to the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in GRP(Patna) P.S. Case no. 158/2015.
