=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and B.R.A. Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case be disposed off with liberty to him to file a representation before the Registrar of the University with regard to any remaining grievances which may have been relating to payment of his retiral and connected benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the University, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from
Patna High Court CWJC No.10708 of 2017 dt.10-07-2018 2/2 today, before the Registrar of the University, he shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it transpires that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
