JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-02-2019 Petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.12.2018 as contained in Annexure-1 passed by the Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Maigra P.S. case no. 20/15 whereby and whereunder the petition dated 2.7.2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner for release of his Mahindra Tractor Model No. 265 DI, Chasis No. CO5556238R3, Engine No. New 4322, Serial No. New 4322 has been refused by learned Magistrate on the ground that the same has not been registered in the name of this petitioner.
This Court finds that there is provision of appeal under Section 454 of the Cr. P. C. against the aforesaid order.
