2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 193(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with Lathi, Danda & iron rod, abused and assaulted informant, as a result of which, he suffered injuries. There is specific accusation in the F.I.R. that all the 12 named accused persons including this petitioner fired indiscriminately, on account of which, one of the victim suffered grievous injury. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedent.
