The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the deceased used to talk with the petitioner on mobile phone and she fell in love with the petitioner and subsequently, the deceased came to the house of the petitioner and pressurized the petitioner for marriage. Except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
