2. The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2022 in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 122 of 2021-22 passed by the Additional Collector, Banka by which Jamabandi No. 55 has held to be suspicious but not cancelled.

3. Learned counsel for the State has made preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No. 3627 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 objection submitting that the order under challenge is appealable under the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011, [Bihar Act 23 of 2011].

4. In this background, the present writ application is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy under the statute within 30 days from the date of publication of this order.

5. Delay if, any in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
