JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That in this writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to lawfully dispose off the representation dated as contained in annexure-2 series of this writ application by which it was prayed to stop the illegal construction by respondents no. 4 and 5 on Gair Mazarua Malikan plot measuring 1.12 kattha having khata no. 262, survey plot no. 1223 of village Kohara Mathiya, P.S. and Circle-Parsa, DistrictSaran, obstruction her house entrance.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Parsa, District-Saran for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Parsa, District-Saran, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
