2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2016 in connection with alleged offence under Section 25(1-B)/26/35 of Arms Act registered in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the seizure list itself is doubtful which contains the signatures of only two accused persons whereas three persons had been apprehended.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
