Ataur Rahman and Others vs. The State of Bihar and Others) nothing remains for adjudication in the present case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek their remedy, if any, available to them under the said judgment.
3. Learned counsel for the State is present and he has no objection to the aforementioned submission.
4. This writ application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek their remedy, if any, available to them under the judgment of this Court in CWJC No. 16214 of 2019. This Court would, however, make it clear that the order of this Court shall not give rise to any cause of action to the petitioners.

This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
