1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed as under:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to consider promotion of the petitioner to the Senior Grade- VIII for Headmaster in the pay-scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- with effect from the date, when he completed 12 years of service in the pay-scale of Graduate Trained Teacher (equivalent to Headmaster of a Middle School) with all consequential benefits including difference of salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.930 of 2019(5) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the concerned authorities to grant the benefits of different promotion schemes, especially the Modified Assured Career Progression (M.A.C.P.) Scheme, 2009 from the date the petitioners became eligible for it and accordingly to give consequential benefits.

(iii) For further directions to the concerned authorities to pay interest on all delayed payments with effect from the due date till the date of actual payment. (iv) For any such other order/orders for which the petitioner is entitled."

2. Considering it that this matter is covered by the Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) B.L.J., 381 and the Judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.), this petition is disposed of with the above terms.
