The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with (GRP) Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Allegation against the petitioner is that he caught by the public and recovery of ladies purse from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sleeping near the informant and due to this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5618 of 2022(2) dt.09-06-2022 2/2 quarrel as well as hot talk exchanged between both the parties and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no concern or connection with the recovered articles.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Court, Patna in connection with (GRP) Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021.
