JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 02-05-2024 The petitioner is aggrieved with the debarment issued at Annexure-P/2. The petitioner's contention is also that no show-cause notice has been issued.

2. As we see from the counter affidavit at AnnexureC, Annexure-E and Annexure-G show-cause notices were issued specifically asking the petitioner to rectify the defects and also threatening debarment if it is not complied with.

3. As of now, the debarment has occurred as per Annexure-P/2. The petitioner can definitely approach the appellate authority, if so desires.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner now submits that subsequent to the debarment, he has been issued with an order at 28.03.2024 asking him to resume the work. If such resumption of work has been ordered, the petitioner could do it and the petitioner could also raise the question of the debarment before the authority which passed the debarment order or before the appellate authority.
