JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.9.2019, passed in CWJC No. 7439 of 2017 and CWJC No. 17498 of 2017, the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna, has already passed the final order on 29.1.2020, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 17 of 2015-16, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, wherein he has found the land in question to have been encroached by

Patna High Court MJC No.200 of 2020(4) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 encroachers.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in case, there is no other legal impediment and the aforesaid order dated 29.1.2020 has not been annulled by any higher forum / Court of law, the encroachment shall definitely be removed by taking recourse to the due process of law, within a period of six weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The present petition stands disposed off.
