JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant, Rahul Kumar Yadav had alleged that he has been assaulted by the petitioner Prabhu Yadav as well as Shambhu Yadav by means of lathi. His mother Sita Devi and elder brother Rakesh Yadav were also assaulted by them. The aforesaid assault was made in the background of land dispute.

From the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.32615 of 2015, it is apparent that injuries over the person of injured have been found simple in nature.

On account thereof, petitioner Prabhu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Daraunda (M. H. Nagar) P. S. Case no.81 of 2015.
