The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.1198 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and in view of the antecedent of similar nature against him, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7028 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
