Petitioner happens to be elder brother of husband of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 19-02-2015 in a case registered under Sections-304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as this aspect of the matter that no specific overt act of illegal demand as well as of torture has been levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Obra P.S.
