The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent to pay entire dues of difference of salary on the basis of 6th and 7th pay revision to the petitioner alongwith dearness allowance and other benefits.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation was filed but it has not been disposed off till date. Counsel for the State submits that application filed by petitioner may be directed to disposed of.

In this view of the matter, let the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with other grievances which

Patna High Court CWJC No.2493 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 has been developed during pendency of the writ petition within four weeks from today before the Chief Medical Officer-cumCivil Surgeon, Gaya (Respondent no.3) and it is directed to Respondent no.3 to pass speaking and reasoned order with regard to all the grievances raised in the representation by the petitioner within six weeks thereafter.

With this direction, the present writ application is disposed off.
