Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the son of the informant to kill him. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Referring to impugned order dated 26.9.2019 he submits that the victim is still traceless.

In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without
