The petitioner seeks bail in C2A No. 16/15, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) & (f) of the Excise Act. 400 litres of country made liquor and 175 litres of sprit were recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that he is in jail since 09.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with C2A No. 16/2015.
