The Principal Secretary, Land Reforms and Revenue Department is present in Court. It is submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 29.06.2018, the Principal Secretary, Land Reforms and Revenue Department has already passed an order on 08.02.2019. The order was communicated to the concerned but this order has not been brought to the notice of this Court. In this view of the fact that representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of by a reasoned order, no case is made out for initiation of a contempt proceeding.
